All the property is great all facilities are super its the best vacation ever thanks MRS SOHILA WALEED OUR GREAT PERSONAL ASSISTANT FROM BOOKING for your kindness she facilities everything for us to get the best experience ever thanks mr ahmed , mr assem , mr beshoy from reception for your professionalism and assistance all the time thanks ali from main restorant , the life guard from pool and beach yousry , mohamed from beach bar i don’t want to forget any one you are all great …. It was a wonderful, even spectacular stay. The place is amazing, fancy, huge, and exceeded our expectations. The availability of staff, housekeeping, and lifeguards was great, and they were attentive to the children with us. There was also ample availability of places at the pools, bars, and restaurants. On the other hand, since it is a new hotel, there are some points for improvement: Transportation should be more available, less crowded, and follow a defined track. Some staff members are new and do not know the locations or work hours of the restaurants and transportation. The music at night after dinner at the theater is very loud, resembling a night club. There are no varieties, such as Arabic music, and it feels like all the activities are directed towards specific people and nationalities. We chose to come to Egypt to taste, feel, and smell Egypt. The hotel is great, but aside from the staff, if you look at the kind of cuisine the Rixos offers, the kind of music, facilities, and activities, it is hard to distinguish it from other hotels in Antalya or Cyprus. We know that Rixos is a foreign network of hotels, but even so, you chose to open your biggest project in Sharm El Sheikh. We love to experience Egypt, and in other hotels we have visited in Egypt, even at 5-star international hotels, we enjoyed feeling the Egyptian vibes all the time and everywhere. This was lacking at Rixos. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would love to come back again if we could manage to listen to ten Arabic songs a day. 😉🙂 Best regards Dr sobhiya mruwat rabah

Thanks to all the successful team of the Rixos Radamis Hotel. Excellent staff, excellent service, a magnificent hotel with an unforgettable experience, thanks especially to the professional and helpful woman Sohila, From the Guest Relation team .she responds in real time, she understands the customer's needs, this hotel is magnificent and Sohila adds more to this hotel.

Big and fabulous hotel And i have to say that we met a lady from the guest relations called sohaila she took care of everything from the moment of arrival till we left I do recommend of the hotel specially for families

Everything was perfect from the minute that Hisham( special thanks to him) from the reception welcomed us till we left. Islam mohammed the shuttle driver was so nice and helpful. He helped us the whole stay. Chef Alaa Ali and mr. Wael were so professional and helful in the dining room. The room was perfect with pool view

It was an exceptional stay. From the beginning we was welcomed by hisham from the reception very polite and professional man he helped us during the check in. It’s my first time here and it will not be the least.
